Teaching, Learning, and Technology

During Spring semester of 2006, the Center for Teaching and Academic Technology Services will jointly sponsor a series of lunchtime talks relating to various developments in teaching, learning, and instructional technologies.

Sessions will begin at 12:30 and end at 2:00. A brown bag lunch will be provided for all participants. Scheduled sessions include:

January 20th: Blogs, podcasting, wikis, grokker, social bookmarking, and more!
February 2nd: EndNote bibliographic software
February 17th: Open source software, open CourseWare, and open access
March 2nd: Sewanee Digital Image Database (SDID) and ArtStor
March 31st: Personal Response Systems (clickers)
April 13th: Audio editing software (ProTools)
